Senior Conveyancer

Residential Conveyancer I'm looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a dynamic and award-winning team based in Merseyside & Cheshire. What You’ll Do: - Manage a capped caseload of around 30 new matters a month with paralegal support. - Handle sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, new builds, and re-mortgages. - Use modern cloud-based systems for searches and land registry tasks. - Focus on client care, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. What The Firm are Looking For: - At least 2 years PQE or equivalent fee-earning experience. - Strong client service and communication skills. - IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and case management software. - A team player with ambition to progress.
