Senior Support Working required for award winning service that care and support young people with complex disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children.Oversee risk assessments and the safeguarding of children in line with regulatory standards.Support and train Care Practitioners to ensure high-quality care delivery.Actively engage in planning and delivering educational, recreational, and vocational opportunities.Manage challenging behaviours with empathy and resilience, including occasional physical interventions (training provided).Supervise and develop the Key Working and Case Management of children.Contribute to care plans and intervention strategies tailored to individual needs.Assist the Registered and Deputy Managers in quality assurance, audits, and policy development.Required:
Level 2 or high qualifications within careExperience within the care sector working within an Ofsted serviceBenefits:
