Training:

Content Creator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

The training for our apprenticeship program is designed to be immersive and hands-on, ensuring that apprentices gain practical experience and develop their skills in a real-world environment Training will take place at our work environment on a day-to-day basis, allowing apprentices to integrate learning with their daily tasks seamlessly. This approach eliminates the need for travel to other locations, making the training process more convenient and focused. The Creative Director, will oversee the department, ensuring that the training aligns with our overall goals and standards. However, the apprentice will report directly to their immediate line manager for day-to-day guidance and support This structure ensures that the apprentice receives personalised mentorship and supervision, facilitating their growth and development throughout the apprenticeship Training will be continuous and integrated into the apprentice's daily responsibilities This means that every task and project they undertake will be an opportunity to learn and apply new skills. By working closely with experienced professionals and receiving regular feedback, the apprentice will be able to refine their abilities and gain confidence in their role
