We are currently working with a client who plays a vital role in the north of England by connecting tens of thousands of people to work, leisure, education, and more every day.
They now require the support of an interim CRM consultant to drive effective commercial insights and build lasting business relationships; helping them to grow.
The potential candidate will have a clear understanding of how to leverage consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data; leading with your ability to deliver relevant marketing programmes through multiple communication channels.
It will become your vision to see the growth and expansion of customer loyalty and to increase their lifetime value.
Drive CRM performance through Test and Learn best practices.
Develop and implement a CRM strategy and supporting roadmap on Salesforce.
Develop and apply communication plans for a wide range of business projects.
Collaborate across the business to create engaging, people-focused content to be used across all of our internal channels.
Skills and Experience:
Use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Ability to lead simultaneous initiatives
Leadership and influencing qualities; including taking responsibility and the initiative to correct perceived shortcomings
Proven experience in a CRM at a managerial level for a minimum of 5 years
Good organization & time management skills; able to demonstrate the ability to forward plan
