Network Engineer Apprenticeship

Assist with the configuration of network equipment, including switches, in alignment with customer specifications. Participate in customer installations and provide on-site support during physical setups. Utilise troubleshooting tools such as Ping, nslookup, traceroute, netstat, ifconfig, ip a, iftop, and nfsstat to diagnose and resolve network issues. Provide customer and client support via helpdesk, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries. Work towards meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times. Continuously learn and develop technical skills related to networking and high-performance computing.

Training:
The training will be online through Baltic Apprenticeships every 6 weeks

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break).
