Business Administration Apprenticeship

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience.

You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you will do in your working day:

Communicating over the telephone with customers, clients and colleagues Managing email inboxes Working closely with staff Organise and reporting data Managing in-house computer systems Answering incoming calls to the office Creating documents Issues letters/ posts Compiling project files Use of bespoke software Spreadsheets Any other admin duties as requested

Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
Full-time post following completion of the apprenticeship programme

Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, 30mins lunch
