NHS Occupational Therapist – South Staffordshire Integrated Community Occupational Therapy Team

Contract Details:

Duration: Minimum 12 weeks Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay Rate: £26 per hour

About the Role:
As a valued member of the team, you’ll provide specialist Occupational Therapy intervention to support adults with physical disabilities and long-term health conditions. Working in the community, you’ll help individuals remain as independent as possible in their own homes, empowering them to maintain their quality of life.
You will:

Assess functional abilities and environmental factors within clients’ homes. Develop and implement individualised care plans. Provide advice and recommendations on adaptive equipment, home modifications, and techniques to maximise independence. Collaborate closely with other health and social care professionals to ensure holistic support for clients.

What We’re Looking For:

HCPC registered Band 6 Occupational Therapist. Experience in community settings, ideally working with adults with physical disabilities and long-term conditions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. A proactive, compassionate, and patient-centred approach to care.
