Umbrella Rate: £34.13 per hour
Salary Scale: £50,088 - £54,879 per annum (depending on experience)

The Occupational Health Advisor will provide expert occupational health services, including sickness/absence case management, health surveillance, and employee health advice. The role involves managing cases via an OH software system, with some face-to-face interventions as needed. Key Responsibilities:
Case Management: Assess employees and provide evidence-based advice on sickness/absence cases.
Referrals: Liaise with clinical services, HR, and line managers to manage workplace ill health.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, confidential health records using appropriate systems.
Health Surveillance: Conduct fitness for task assessments, new starter medicals, and health surveillance.
Employee Health Services: Provide travel health advice, body fluid exposure assessments, and pre/post-deployment screening.
Clinical Governance: Participate in supervision and governance activities.
Training: Deliver health awareness training to line managers.
Professional Development: Maintain NMC registration and engage in continuous development. Essential Requirements: Degree/diploma in Occupational Health Practice. NMC registration and fitness to practice. Experience in sickness/absence case management and record keeping. Strong communication and workload management skills. Knowledge of anxiety, depression, trauma, and GDPR. Desirable Requirements: Experience in blue light emergency services. Familiarity with OH software systems. Full UK driving licence. How to Apply:
