Children's Social Worker (Part time)

We are looking for a highly skilled Part time Locum Social Worker to join a Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team.

This role requires a Social Work qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

About the team:

The CWD team are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join their team, working directly with children with disabilities (ages 0-18) and their families. In this role, you will provide essential case management services, advocate for children’s rights, and connect families with vital community resources and support systems. The team have excellent knowledge of Deprivation of Liberty safeguarding and Court of Protection.

About you:

To be considered for this role you must have experience in children with disabilities or similar teams and be registered with Social Work England (SWE) (Please note this position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience post Social Work qualification in a permanent team) For this role it is a requirement to have a valid UK driving licence and vehicle.
