Job Title: General Manager – Luxury Venue – Home Counties

Salary: Up to £80,000 + bonus

Location: Home Counties

I am currently recruiting a General Manager to join this luxury country estate hotel located in the Home Counties. My client is looking for a passionate manager who will lead by example and train and develop the team. We are looking for someone with extensive GM experience along with a commercial mind and a strong background in managing hospitality operations.

Oversee the operations throughout the estateDrive staff training to the highest level Create a strategy to increase revenueHelp drive sales & marketingExceed monthly targetsReport to the Directors

The successful candidate

General management experience in a multi-faceted venue Excellent business acumen  Self-motivated with attention to detailHave a hands-on approach and lead by exampleBe able to inspire and motivate the teamHave a passion for hospitality
