Business Administration Apprentice

Duties are to include:

Answer queries from new & existing customers
over the telephone & via email Maintain client databases Updating spreadsheets Chase customers for required information & documents Calculating and sending quotes Typing up credit proposals to finance companies General office tasks including scanning, printing & sending post Ad hoc tasks as required You’ll receive full training in order to complete the above duties to the best of your ability

Training:
Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard Equal to A Level Training schedule to be agreed At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:

If the apprentice proves to be successful with their duties, the role may be expanded once the apprenticeship is completed.

09.00am - 4.00pm Monday - Friday 1-hour lunch 30-hours (overtime could be available too)
