Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Cumbernauld - Immediate Start An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in London. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building in Cumbernauld. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

08:00am - 17:00pm Monday - Friday 40 hours a week £20 / PAYE £24 per hour Umbrella Temporary Key duties & Responsibilities
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsControl PanelsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenanceMaintain and update Log booksPlumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsRequirements
Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3City & Guilds - 18th EditionMust be able to provide copies of your trade certificatesA proven track record in commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilledGood communication skillsClient Facing
