Apprentice Bricklayer

Your tasks will include but not limited to:

Mixing Mortar Laying bricks and blocks Working to specifications Working on construction sites and domestic homes Follow Health and Safety policy and procedures, including the wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE) where needed Liaise with other construction trades

Training:

The qualification that will be achieved upon completion is the Bricklaying Apprenticeship Level 2.

Successful applicant must attend Leicester College Freemen's Park Campus on a block week schedule.

Training Outcome:
The potential of being kept on as a full-time employee for the right candidate

Employer Description:
Small family-run construction contractor that builds extensions, completes renovations and carries out general building work. A supportive company for an individual looking to gain skills and knowledge to become a qualified bricklayer.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, may work evenings and weekends
