Food & Beverage Manager - Caribbean Island

Our client is an award-winning hotel group based in the Caribbean. We are assisting them in their search for a experience F&B Manager who has international experience and wants to be part of a highly reputable team.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily food and beverage operations across all outlets, ensuring exceptional service and quality standardsLead, train, and motivate staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environmentDevelop and manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability while maintaining guest satisfactionMonitor guest feedback, address concerns promptly, and continually enhance the overall dining experience

Requirements:

Proven experience managing multiple outlets within a resortInternational and Caribbean experience are a big advantageAbility to lead others and hold your own in a fast-paced environmentDetail orientated professional with excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills. Comfortable talking directly with guests
