Location – London, SE1 (3 days in office) / Remote (2 days from home)
Contract – Permanent, Full-Time

Salary - £40,000 per annum

Our client, a leading organisation in the heart of London, is seeking a dedicated Digital Trainer to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the IT Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality training for digital systems, supporting colleagues in adopting new technologies, and ensuring business needs are met with cutting-edge IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

Lead IT systems training, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics and other key business applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, document management, housing systems). Design and deliver high-quality blended training solutions (e.g., video, virtual, eLearning, in-person). Develop training materials, user guides, and test cases for new systems and upgrades. Build and mentor local super users within the organisation to champion IT systems. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and ensure effective change management.

Essential Criteria

Proven experience delivering IT systems training (Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft 365 preferred). Strong skills in designing and developing training programmes and materials. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proactive approach. Experience working in project teams to train users and create documentation. Ability to adapt to change and support others through transition periods.
