Pay Rate: £27 per hour (via umbrella company)

About the Role
As a Band 6 CPN, you will work collaboratively with individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions, providing clinical assessments, care planning, and therapeutic interventions. You will also work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support service users in achieving their recovery goals.
Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments. Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans. Delivering evidence-based interventions and treatments. Providing advice and support to service users, families, and carers. Managing a caseload of patients in a community setting. Liaising with other healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure holistic care.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN). Previous experience working as a Band 6 CPN or in a similar role. Excellent clinical and communication skills. Experience in community mental health and managing a caseload. The ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team. Access to your own transport, as travel within the community is required
