HEAD CHEF

HEAD CHEF - DUBAI, UAE

Our client, a premium dining restaurant located in Dubai, is currently looking for a Head Chef. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the kitchens and be able to manage, lead, motivate and develop the team. We are looking for somone with high energy and great personlaity. The successful applicant must be able to be a brand ambassador for the company.

 

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

recipe and menu creation and developmentmanaging the financial KPI's enabling business success, purchasinghealth and safety including food hygiene procedures.staying up-to-date with culinary trends and kitchen processesDealing with suppliers and ensuring that they supply quality goods at affordable pricesManaging the inventory and ordering stock as neededDeveloping new dishes and overhauling menus to attract more clienteleEnsuring that guests receive excellent service and enjoy their culinary experience

Ideal candidate must have:

2-4 years experience as a Head ChefEuropean cuisine essential GCC experience essentialhave premium dining experience able to cover 250-400 pax

Salary package: AED25K-30 all inclusive
