About the Role
As a Health and Wellbeing Practitioner, you will deliver high-quality occupational health services to support the physical and mental wellbeing of the fire and rescue workforce. You will ensure that all staff are fit for their demanding roles and provide expert guidance on health-related matters.
The role is hybrid, with some work-from-home flexibility. However, during the initial phase of the contract, there will be a fair amount of travel required across Scotland, depending on your expertise in clinical audit and governance.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience
A postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health Nursing (e.g., SCPHN-OH) or equivalent. Experience working in emergency services, public sector organizations, or other high-risk environments. Knowledge of Scottish workplace health and safety regulations and their practical application in occupational health. Experience designing and implementing health promotion initiatives and programs.What We Offer
