Registered Manager - Children's

Registered Manager required for an reputable care provider who specialise in supporting vulnerable children and young people with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism.
I am looking for an existing experienced Registered Manager in the Kidderminister area who has excellent knowledge of working within a Children’s Residential Home.
Working as a Registered Manager, you will be in charge of the day to day running of a busy 8 bedded children's home as well as providing professional support, guidance and supervision to the staff team.

Responsibilities of the Manager include:

Tto be responsible for all administration/childcare functions at the home
To promote good childcare practice within the home
To be directly involved in Case Conferences, Reviews and Planning Meetings
To ensure specific administrative tasks are performed accurately
Management of the staff team in a manner which maximises their output and enables them to achieve their potential

Requirements of the Manager include:

Effectively lead a team of staff to enable the highest quality of care
Strong experience working as a Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar setting
Strong staff supervision, managerial and communicational skills
Excellent Ofsted knowledge
Diploma Level 5 Leadership and Management
