Culinary Director – San Jose, CA – Up to $130,000 | Monday–Friday Schedule We are seeking a forward-thinking Culinary Director to lead culinary strategy and innovation for multiple operations in the San Jose market. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and the opportunity to shape menus, mentor teams, and drive culinary excellence across several units.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee culinary programs, menu development, and operational execution across multiple locations.
• Partner with General Managers and Chefs to implement best practices in food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Develop and mentor culinary leaders, ensuring alignment with company standards and values.
• Manage budgets, food costs, and vendor partnerships while maintaining creativity and guest satisfaction.
• Lead new openings and support continuous improvement across the portfolio.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in a regional, multi-unit, or executive chef leadership role.
• Strong culinary background with a passion for fresh, scratch-made food.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to lead through influence.
