“At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Working Foreman to join our client’s growing team based in Clare for residential projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Working Foreman to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes:

Lead by example and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards. Oversee and coordinate teams while ensuring efficient and safe site operations are in place. Execute work to deadline. Strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience you need:

Qualified Carpenter. Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Working Foreman. Comfortable managing teams and projects on-site. Ability to work on their own and as part of a team.
