About the Role Our client, a provider of technology services is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team. You’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging potential clients through personalised, high-quality outreach. Whether it’s through calls, emails, or LinkedIn, your goal is to generate meaningful conversations and set up demos, webinars, and appointments for their sales team. As an SDR, you’ll work closely with marketing and sales, following up on inbound leads and proactively reaching out to strategic target accounts. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you’ll benefit from hands-on mentorship and professional development from industry experts. What You’ll Do Nurture and convert marketing-qualified leads into sales opportunities Conduct research to understand target companies and personalise outreach Build relationships with key decision-makers across multiple roles Use a multi-channel approach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage prospects Maintain accurate lead tracking in Salesforce What We’re Looking For 1+ year of experience in telemarketing, preferably in B2B technology sales A natural communicator with excellent verbal & written skills Proven ability to research markets, identify customer pain points, and craft tailored solutions Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office A self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic Degree preferred but not essential Why Join this company?
