Credit Hire Supervisor – Hybrid

A Legal 500 defendant firm in Manchester are seeking an experienced Credit Hire professional with great leadership skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to supervise and develop a high-performing team while managing a small caseload of your own and working with a hybrid arrangement.

As a Credit Hire Supervisor, you will:

Lead and motivate a team of credit hire fee earners. Oversee case allocation and workflow management. Coach and develop team members to meet performance targets. Conduct file reviews, manage MI reporting and ensure SLA compliance. Work closely with senior leadership to drive operational excellence.

3-5 years’ experience in credit hire at a senior litigation executive level. Strong liability experience and strategic decision-making Knowledge of fast track, small claims and stage 3 Experience managing strict SLAs and quality assurance standards. A proactive leader with strong organisational and mentoring abilities.
