Site Manager (Fit Out)

Site Manager - Camden - 6 Months - Pay up to £280 Per Day (CIS)

Project Manager. Our client, a leading Main Contractor working within the fit-out industry are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to work on the delivery of a commercial Fit-out in the Camden area.

Working as a Site Manager on this fast-track project in Camden, you MUST have experience of managing Commercial fit-out in your RECENT work history. Working within an operational team of 3 Managers, you will be overseeing this project on a day-to-day basis, reporting into a Project Manager. This role is working for a leading Tier One Main Contractor business on the delivery of this fast-track high-end project being delivered within a live environment in the Camden Town area.

As well as having the above experience of regularly delivering commercial fit-out projects, you must also hold a valid CSCS Black Management Card, First Aid at Work & SMSTS. You will also be required to hold valid Duty to Manage Asbestos & Fire Marshall Qualifications, however, these can be undertaken as required.

If you are an experienced Site Manager, with prior experience of commercial fit-out contracts as a Lead Site Manager on site and hold the necessary Qualifications & Certificates then we look forward to hearing from you!
