Key responsibilities for the Mechanical Engineer (Pressure Systems)

Repairing and installing industrial Boilers and Pressurised Vessels systems. Supporting a 24/7 operation to provide steam volume and quality to enable operations to meet their production plan. Attending boiler emergencies and fixing any issues as a priority Working with the wider engineering team Building and managing good relationships with third party contractors

The ideal candidate for the Mechanical Engineer (Pressure Systems)

Time served Apprenticeship trained engineer/ONC or above. Must be BOAS qualified to minimum Level 2. Skilled with restorative and PPM activities on industrial steam boilers. Ideally with a good knowledge of Autoclave and advanced steam fundamentals. Experience working in heavy industrial environments with boilers, vessels and steam. A Good understanding of compliance when dealing with industrial boiler systems.
