An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Dental Practice Manager ideally with 2 years experience to join a well-established dental practice. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a starting salary of £34,000 for 40 hours work week. As a Dental Practice Manager, you will be overseeing the day-to-day management of the practice to maintain smooth and efficient operations. You will be responsible for: ? Leading and supervising a team of dental professionals, including clinical and administrative staff. ? Managing recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to support staff development. ? Ensuring compliance with CQC and GDC regulations, maintaining high standards of governance. ? Developing and implementing strategies to enhance practice efficiency and patient satisfaction. ? Handling patient inquiries and complaints professionally to uphold service excellence. ? Liaising with external suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of essential equipment and supplies. What we are looking for: ? Previously worked as a Practice Manager, Dental Receptionist, Dental Practice Manager or in a similar role. ? Ideally have 2 years experience in dental practice management. ? Experience in a managerial role within a dental or healthcare setting. ? Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team. ? Understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, staff training, and employee relations. ?
