Commercial Property Paralegal

We are working with a growing Commercial Property team in Carlisle that have an exciting opportunity for a paralegal to support their team of fee earners.

As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will:

Assist fee earners and manage transactions. Draft legal documents and correspondence. Handle land registry applications and resolve requisitions. Register changes with Companies house. Prepare and submit SDLT returns. Post-completion tasks such as verifying titles and liaising with clients. Develop your skills in a supportive environment.

What they are looking for:

Legal education or prior experience in a legal setting. Knowledge or experience in property matters is advantageous. Strong communication, organisational and IT skills. A proactive team player.
