Operations Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to step up into a more senior leadership role. This role is based at STR Group, working under our life sciences brand, Blackfield Associates. You will be leading operational functions within the Design and Build of the International Data Centre market, a fast-paced and high-growth sector. As Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficiency, streamlining processes, and supporting business growth within the team.

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in Data Centres or Infrastructure & Capex Engineering Experience in leading or managing teams A track record of supporting and developing graduate consultants A proactive leader who can support team members in developing and implementing their Personal development plans Someone who can lead the team towards achieving the company’s vision for exceptional standards A professional dedicated to aligning all activities with the achievement of key targeted objectives Strong business acumen and commercial outlook Take initiative and take pride in your own desk Proven financial performance in either contract or permanent recruitment A self-starter who is target and goal oriented Clear vision of what you want from your career and takes pride in excelling Positive approach to everything you do Able to demonstrate their desire for success, confidence, and self-belief Hard working, punctual, and able to work to tight deadlines Flexible, adaptable, and able to think outside of the box
