Our client, an established Italian hospitality brand, is opening a new concept and seeking an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate culinary leader to shape the menu and oversee the kitchen operations from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service and top-tier food quality.Lead the development and creation of the restaurant's menu, ensuring it aligns with the brand's Italian culinary style while incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative dishes.Recruit, train, and mentor a strong kitchen team to deliver excellence.Handle budgeting, inventory, and cost control to keep operations efficient.Monitor financial performance to meet or exceed targets.Executive Chef Qualifications:
