Mobile Electrical Engineer - FM Service Provider - Berkshire, Hertfordshire and South Bucks - Up to £42,500

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Berkshire, Hertfordshire and South Bucks. CBW are currently recruiting a mobile Electrical Engineer to be based on a mixed commercial & residential contract. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.

Key duties & Responsibilities
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)Emergency lightingAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Plumbing - Unblocking toiletsBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)General building fabricMonitor mechanical plantHours of Work
Monday to Friday (40 hour week)08:00am to 17:00pmRequirements
