CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Romford, East London carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance within a large commercial building. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of £43,925.09 with a potential route into further career progression.

Key duties & Responsibilities
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsControl PanelsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenanceMaintain and update Log booksPlumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsWater Treatment 

Hours of Work & Package 
Monday to Friday - 08:00 am – 17:00 pmBasic Salary of £43,925.09On Call retainer of £1085Bonus' for any AP Duties completed £500 per dutyCall out 1 in 6 on Call week Mon-Sun (rest day Thurs and Friday)25 days holiday + Bank HolidaysFull company uniform 

Requirements
Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Essential)City & Guilds - 18th Edition (Essential)Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificatesA proven track record in commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilledGood communication skillsClient Facing
