Job Title: Canteen Chef - Luxury Hotel
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Salary: €2,500 – €2,800 gross per month

We are looking for a skilled Canteen Chef to provide high-quality, nutritious meals for our team of around 200 people. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for fresh, flavorful food, this is the role for you! You will ensure that the staff canteen runs smoothly while maintaining excellent food standards and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of meals for hotel staff, ensuring quality and consistency.Plan and execute balanced menus that meet dietary and nutritional needs.Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely service.Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.Manage stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients.Collaborate with the hotel’s culinary team to align with overall food service goals.Adapt to feedback and continuously improve offerings.

Requirements

Formal culinary education – a diploma or certification in professional cooking.Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in hotels or catering.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.A positive, team-oriented mindset.You need to be already based in the Netherlands
