We are looking for a Head of Operations who can take the reins of a growing, founder-led hospitality brand, someone with the experience to scale a business, the leadership skills to build and inspire teams, and the hands-on approach to make things happen.

What You’ll Be Doing

Running day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring seamless service, motivated teams, and an exceptional customer experience.Putting systems and processes in place to support future growth.Recruiting, mentoring, and fostering a strong company culture.Ensuring profitability while maintaining quality and efficiency.Bringing their vision to life through smart operational strategy.This is a fast-moving brand, and you will need to be flexible and quick to respond to challenges.

Proven experience in an operational leadership role within, QSR, or food retail.Someone who has successfully scaled a business, whether through new site openings, process improvements, or team development.A natural leader and decision-maker who can think on their feet and drive performance.Strong people management skills—you know how to motivate, develop, and retain the best talent.A commercial mindset—you understand P&L, budgeting, and how to drive profitability.A track record of thriving in a founder-led environment, where adaptability and agility are essential.A passion for great food, great service, and great people.
