You must have:

A Level 3 or 4 specific to residential childcare Previous experience leading staff in an Ofsted regulated children’s home A strong desire to progress and develop your career in children’s residential care Knowledge of Ofsted and associated legislation

Responsibilities:

Assisting the Team leader to support the staff team in delivering quality care to the children. Ensuring to help the children with their emotional, physical, and developmental needs. Display yourself as an appropriate role model. Demonstrate a positive attitude, empathy, and resilience. Encourage positive life experiences for the children.
