Labourer

We're looking for a experienced Labourer to join a well-established organisation within the commercial construction industry, where you will be an integral part of a dedicated team, assisting with a range of general labouring duties to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard.

As a Labourer, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting groundworks and general labouring tasks, such as fetching, carrying, and assisting senior team membersMoving materials around the site as requiredActively maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment at all timesCollaborating with colleagues to ensure tasks are completed on time, in compliance with health and safety regulationsContributing to the successful completion of new builds, as well as residential, domestic, and commercial projects

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Previous experience working as a Labourer on a busy construction siteA valid CSCS cardPositive and proactive attitude toward workAbility to work independently to a high standard while collaborating effectively within a small teamA valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle, as start times may vary and may not align with public transport schedules

This temporary role will last initially for 3-4 weeks, working full-time from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role offers a hourly pay rate of £11.44 plus holiday pay. The base location is near Pen Y Groes, Caernarfon, although travel to various sites across North Wales may be required.
