Property Paralegal

A highly regarded law firm in Manchester are looking for an experienced Property Paralegal to join their team that are known for exceptional client relationships, supportive culture, and strong work-life balance ethos.

As a Property Paralegal, you will work on:

Contract pack preparation. Client and stakeholder communication. Post-completion tasks. Providing key support to the property and secured lending team.

What they are looking for:

Experience in property law, running straightforward conveyancing files under supervision, and knowledge of secured lending. Strong communication and organisational skills. ` Ability to review and prepare legal documents with attention to detail. Previous experience in a property department within a law firm.
