A family run independent Opticians based in Halesowen are looking for a full time Optical Practice Manager to lead this successful independent practice.

Optical Practice Manager – The Role

Community based independent Mixed patient base Excellent reputation Tests 5-6 times a week Excellent selection of premium frames and lenses Audiology clinic Optix software Relocated in 2022 and has seen steady growth since Managing a team of 3-4 people Hands on in all areas of the practice Focus on the customer experience Assist in growing and developing the business Liaising with the Directors to achieve targets and implement new strategies Assisting with frame buying Team rotas Full time – 5 days a week including Saturdays Working hours between 9am to 5.30pm (5pm on a Sat) No Sundays or Bank Holidays Salary between £25,000 to £34,000 including bonus (some of which is guaranteed) 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays and birthday Further training available

Optical Practice Manager – Requirements

Ideally a qualified Dispensing Optician Previous management or supervisory experience would be an advantage Experienced non qualified managers will also be considered Passionate about optics Hungry to learn Self-motivated Focus on customer service
