Technical Services Manager/Facilities Manager

We are looking for a Technical Services Manager/Facilities Manager to work on a permanent basis in the Liverpool area.

The role can be hybrid working with flexible working between home and Liverpool.
Salary is c£45-55,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus 25 days holiday and bank holidays, pension etc.

The Technical Services Manager/Facilities Manager will be working Monday to Friday circa 8 – 5.30 ish but with some flexibility.

One Saturday in every 4, but the following Monday will be off work so you maintain a 5 day working week.

Technical Services Manager / Deputy Centre Manager duties and experience:

The ideal background would be technical services management within a retail environment.

We will also consider candidates who work within another type of property such as a mixed-use estate, university, airport, or another similar high-footfall, operationally challenging environment.
You must have extensive knowledge of hard services, PPM, technical plant and systems, with the ability to strategically manage all elements to maximise commercial performance.
Previous experience of managing budgets and large-scale hard services contracts is required.
Excellent people management and leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are all pivotal to success in this role.

Along with the Centre Director, you will be responsible for cultivating a positive working environment with a one-team ethos.
We are looking for someone who has relevant qualifications across technical services and health & safety.
