Your Responsibilities:
You’ll oversee and coordinate a wide range of tasks to ensure that every visitor’s experience is seamless and memorable. Reporting to senior management, your role includes:

Ensuring all areas – ticketing, shop, cash handling, and group management – function harmoniously.Managing administrative tasks, such as creating manuals, documenting processes, and controlling operational standards.Taking a hands-on approach to frontline duties, including ticket sales, guiding tours, and maintaining cleanliness.Planning and managing staff schedules, leading a motivated team with clarity and enthusiasm.Overseeing and mentoring a core team while maintaining high attention to detail.Acting as the first point of contact for technical issues and liaising with external service providers.Developing and maintaining manuals, protocols, and technical documentation.Handling cash register management, invoicing, reminders, and order processing.Planning and executing events, workshops, and photo shoots while contributing to organizational projects.

Your Profile:

A talented organizer with a calm demeanour, even in hectic situations.Fluent in English and German is a mustExperienced in leading teams, preferably in cultural, hospitality, or similar sectors.Passionate about structure, processes, and efficiency with an eye for the big picture.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to different audiences.Technically savvy with familiarity in Microsoft Office, CMS platforms, and ticketing systems.
