Quantity Surveyor

A prestigious interior fit-out business specializing in luxury apartments is seeking a skilled Quality Surveyor. This role focuses on a major project involving over 300 high-end apartments in the heart of Manchester. The successful candidate will oversee various aspects, including mechanical, electrical, dry lining, decorating, and joinery.

Location: This role is based in Manchester, allowing for convenient commutes from surrounding towns and cities such as Rochdale, Oldham, Stockport, Bolton, and Warrington.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Support to organize, plan, and execute projects within budget, schedule, and program constraints. Communication: Maintain effective communication with employees and stakeholders. Procurement: Handle the specification and procurement of the project supply chain. Prioritization: Prioritize workload according to deadlines with a high attention to detail.

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in the electrical/mechanical industry Commute: Ability to commute to Manchester daily.

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive salary ranging from £26,000 - £33,000 per annum 28 days annual leave Long service award 40-hour working week with flexible hours
