Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Associate, you will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the sales process from initial contact to project handover. You’ll work closely with a knowledgeable team, contributing to the design and delivery of impactful BMS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1.Business Development
Identify and target new BMS opportunities, focusing on M&E and Consultant clientsBuild a strong pipeline and foster lasting client relationships2.Client Relationship Management
Understand client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and provide post-sale supportAct as a liaison between clients and internal teams3.Sales Process & Closing
Deliver presentations, negotiate terms, and manage contracts aligned with client goals4.Team Collaboration & Mentorship
Work closely with Engineers and Project Managers for seamless project transitionsMentor junior team members and promote knowledge-sharing5.Strategic Partnerships
