We are working on a great Catering Manager role with a national catering provider. This is a key contract within the portfolio that requires an established catering operator who can really lead from the front.

About the position:

The contract is a busy education site servicing over 1000 students, with an extensive hospitality offering. The role is not for a first-time operator, due to the attention to detail required which only comes with experience. The role would suit someone with high volume education background.

This is a Mon-Fri operation and term time only.

Ideal Catering Manager:

A strong operational understanding within a lead catering position within B&I or independent schoolsThis isn’t a role for a first-time operator, you will be calm under pressure, have great attention to detail and solutions focusedClient focused in your approach and a real people manager.An analytical approach, a head for numbers and an understanding of delivering and surpassing client expectations and stringent KPI’sMotivator of staff with excellent client relationships
