Chief Group Engineer

My client is searching for a Chief Group Engineer to oversee the maintenance, compliance, and efficiency of multiple hotel properties in London. This is a key role within the hotel group, ensuring high standards of safety, reliability, and operational excellence across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee engineering and maintenance operations across multiple hotel sites, ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry regulations.Lead, train, and support on-site engineering teams, fostering a hands-on and proactive approach.Manage planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations.Implement energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives to improve cost-effectiveness and performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or Senior Engineering Manager within the hotel industry, preferably across multiple sites.Strong hands-on technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.Experience managing teams, budgets, and compliance in a high-demand environment.Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-focused mind
