EL/PL Paralegal

An award-winning firm in Manchester is recruiting a Paralegal to support their excellent EL/PL Personal Injury team. This firm is often ranked in the top 100 places to work, and the role offers the opportunity for fantastic learning and career progression.

As an EL/PL Paralegal, you will:

Provide essential support to a team of five fee earners. Draft CNFs, client and witness statements, and Schedules of Loss. Prepare instructions for medical experts, counsel and court documents. Request, review, and collate medical records. Research case law on liability and quantum. Laise with clients to provide upgrades on case progress. Prepare court bundles and manage billing.

The ideal candidate:

Experience in EL/PL or general Personal Injury work. Strong organizational and communication skills. The ability to work well in a team and independently. A commitment to delivering excellent client care.
