Responsibilities:

Overseeing the restaurant’s daily operations to ensure guests are provided with an exceptional experienceRecruitment of team members. Provide leadership and guidance to staff, building and fostering a positive and motivating work environmentPromptly and efficiently resolving all customer inquiries to satisfactionDevelopment and implementation of financial and operational strategies to help achieve and exceed financial goalsMaintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a General Manager with a upscale, high volume restaurantStrong people management and development skillsSolid Negotiation and Mediation skillsGenuine passion for the restaurant industry and a dedication to delivering memorable dining experiences to customers
