We are seeking experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Heads of Departments to lead the F&B operations for a prestigious hospitality group in the Middle East. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in luxury hotels, fine dining establishments, or high-end resorts, with a passion for delivering world-class culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic F&B plans to enhance guest experience and revenue.Lead and mentor a diverse team, ensuring exceptional service standards.Oversee restaurant, bar, banqueting, and catering operations, optimizing efficiency and profitability.Work closely with culinary teams to maintain menu innovation and quality.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial performance of the department.Implement trends and best practices to elevate F&B offerings.

Requirements

Minimum 5-10 years of leadership experience in F&BExperience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or resort operations in Europe is a mustExceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.Ability to drive innovation, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
