About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Southeast Asian Sous Chef to assist in delivering authentic, elevated Southeast Asian cuisine at a world-class Las Vegas resort.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Head Chef in executing Malaysian, Singaporean, and Indonesian dishes.Ensure authenticity and quality across all menu items and guest requests.Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and manage a small culinary support team.Collaborate with hotel chefs to refine and document Southeast Asian recipes for future use.

Qualifications:

Culinary expertise in Southeast Asian cuisine (Malaysian, Singaporean, or Indonesian).Hands-on experience in high-end or luxury hospitality environments.Culturally authentic understanding of Southeast Asian flavor profiles and techniques.
