Collaborating with the co-founder to establish and grow the wine bar from the ground upCurating a world-class wine list and showcasing your expertise as a wine specialistLeading a passionate team, inspiring them with a clear vision, strategy, and love for hospitalityDriving operational excellence while delivering exceptional food and beverage experiencesPlaying a key role in shaping the overall concept, customer experience, and long-term growth
