Data Technician Apprentice
Provide professional PA and administrative support to management and team leaders Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and prioritise daily workflows to maximise efficiency Liaise confidently with customers, suppliers, and internal teams across multiple levels of the business Handle correspondence, emails, and calls with professionalism and discretion Take ownership of administrative processes, ensuring smooth communication and document control Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting notes as required
Data Management & Technical Administration:
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems with a high degree of accuracy Research, source, and verify information from suppliers, partners, and external contacts Collate, organise, and upload documentation into internal systems and shared drives Manage and analyse data across multiple sources, including sales, products, and financial performance Perform data entry, categorisation, and quality control with precision and consistency Identify data discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure information integrity across systemsTraining:
Data Technician Level 3.
Training Outcome:
This role could grow into a full-time position after your apprenticeship ends.
