People Support Apprentice
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll gain practical experience across a wide range of HR activities while learning how the People Team supports our colleagues across the Trust.
Supporting the Employee Relations team with meetings, correspondence and case management. Assisting the Talent team with recruitment campaigns, onboarding and induction. Maintaining HR systems and accurate employee records. Helping to coordinate meetings, events and learning activities. Providing a friendly first point of contact for staff queries.Training Outcome:

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5pm. Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
